Q. How do I earn credits/visitors to my site?
A. First, you will need to become a member, you can join here. After your account validation and logging in, you can either use our Surf Bar, or perform a keyword search. You can also use your referral URL to refer your friends and earn referral credits, upgrade to a Premium member and receive free credits, click "Offer" link on our Surf Bar and earn credits from offers or simply purchase credits.

Q. How many visitors will I get to my web site if I visit 100 Vinterchange.com member web sites?
A. You will get 50 hits to your web site. Premium members will get 100 hits as they earn 1 credit for each web site visited! Vinterchange.com works on a 2:1 (1:1 for Premium members) guaranteed visitor ratio.

Q. How many web sites am I allowed to visit each day?
A. As many as you want, we have no limits on the amount of web sites you can visit.

Q. Is there an easier way to gain visitors to my web site?
A. Yes, you can either buy credits, or buy advertising on our web site.

Q. Do you have a referral system?
A. Yes! Vinterchange.com has a 5 level referral system, of which you earn free credits to your account.

Q. Where can I find my personal referral URL and banners?
A. Log in to your account and go to the "Member's Area". You will find your unique referral link with your ID. You may also click on "Promotional Materials" and get HTML code for banners.

Q. Can I improve the ranking of my web site in the Vinterchange search engine?
Yes! The more credits you earn and assign to your web site, the higher your placement will be within our search engine. Premium member web sites and web sites with offers will rank the highest!

Q. What is the Surf Bar for?
A. The Surf Bar allows you to jump from web site to web site within the Vinterchange.com network. If a web site has an offer set up, you can click an "Offer" link on our Surf Bar to earn more credits. The Surf Bar security measures help stop fraudulent use on the system.

Clicking the "Search" link on our Surf Bar will give you web sites related to the preferences you have selected. By searching specific topics using the search engine, or searching a keyword, will take you to web sites relating to that topic or keyword via the search engine. Either method will earn you 2:1 guaranteed visitors (1:1 for Premium members). You will have to stay on that web site for at least 20 seconds in order to gain your credit.

Q. When I use the Surf Bar or search engine, it sometimes says "No Credit Earned!". What am I doing wrong?
A. You must stay on a web site for at least 20 seconds before proceeding to the next, otherwise you will not receive credit. When the counter on the Surf Bar shows 0 after 20 seconds, you may proceed and gain credit. The same time limit is applied when you visit web sites using our search engine.

Q. How many web sites can I list on Vinterchange.com?
A. You can list 5 web site URLS if you are a free member. Premium members can list as many as they like, there are no limits on the amount of web sites they can add to Vinterchange.com.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. We do not know why you would want to do this, but if you do, just log into your account and go to "Your account info" and just click "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
