IMPORTANT Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy of Vinterchange.com. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND SPAM POLICY.

1. Vinterchange.com strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind with our web site URL (Vinterchange.com), your referral URL, our e-mail addresses, etc. We will not tolerate Spam and will terminate any member who violates our anti-Spam policy. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, you will forfeit all credits in your account, you will not be allowed to rejoin.

2. Vinterchange.com reserves the right to not accept any web site which Vinterchange.com determines to be inappropriate or detrimental to the exchange. This includes but is not limited to:

a. Non English web sites;
b. Web sites with multiple pop-up windows;
c. Non accessible web sites (with wrong or "dead" URLs);
d. Web sites with advertisements or links to pornography, violence, vulgar language, racial/hate promotion, and/or illegal mp3s;
e. Outwar and iwar sites;
f. Auto or Manual investment surfs;
g. High yield investments sites (HYIPs);
h. Paid to promote sites (PTPs)

3. VInterchange.com may terminate a member’s account if no activity has occurred in such account for three (3) consecutive months. Any accrued credits or referrals in such account shall be forfeited.

4. A member may not artificially increase credits for his/her account using any device, program, robot or other means.

5. Your name and email address are not accessible to anyone. Vinterchange.com will never sell or give this information to any party. The purpose of tracking your email address is to notify you of a problem with your account (if any). On rare occasions Vinterchange.com will notify you via email when there is a major service announcement or updates. Email addresses that result in autoresponses are strictly prohibited! A one time mail validator is permitted; however, repeated validations to the same account are not permitted. If you are using a mail validator you must include Vinterchange on your "accepted" list. Invalid email addresses or a break in the terms will result in the termination of your account.

6. You may cancel your membership at any time.

7. New participants can immediately start earning credits upon signing up and account validation. After your web site and other information is checked against our standards (usually within 1-3 business days) and you start earning credits your account status is changed to an active. Participants whose web site does not meet the Vinterchange.com standards lose any unused credits they may have accumulated during the probation period.

8. Vinterchange.com, its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of Vinterchange.com services.

9. Members agree to use Vinterchange.com at their own risk.

10. Vinterchange.com reserves the right to add, delete and modify an account at anytime. Deleted accounts will lose all credits and the remaining credits may not be redeemed.

11. Vinterchange.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at anytime.
